This question is too inconsequential to warrant a post in the 3rd gen sub forum, so I'm asking it here.

When you change the starter, you'll notice there are three plugs to unplug: the B+ connector, the solenoid connector, and then there is a third one, which is kind of large relative to the other two.

What sensor does that plug plug to?

I thought I could find the answer in the "Starting System" in the FSM, but no go! 馃榾

Any help is appreciated!

Note: the arrowed plug is what I'm wondering about:

Oil pressure sensor is a green plug. It is right next to the oil filter. So I don't think so. If you have recently changed your starter, you'll know which plug I'm talking about.

The sensor the plug plugs into is NOT part of the starting system, just to clarify.

or my 2nd guess is a secondary location for coolant temp sensor for a natural gas system.

Just looked it up. It's the knock sensor.
