How she can make from scratch with "no mix" involved?
Scratch ..... isn't that the stuff they feed to chickens? Can't imagine that making very good pancakes. :)

I don't think Miron knows anything about making pancakes. :)

I could not make them myself but I am specialist in eating them

You are a consumer. Consumers and taxpayers keep the economy going, including bailing out big businesses that don't serve them very well, some paying little or no taxes.

I am not bailing them out... somebody else does it without asking me

An Eastern Canadian company, Steele Auto Group, is setting up shop near you LEVY. They have 40 Dealerships locally and are buying Luling Chevrolet, Buick, GMC. I understand Luling is down San Antonio way.

For the name of that company, I would think they are a buying group, not a dealership.

You'll find buyers grups for almost every industry, I'm part of a couple of them, but never heard of a car buying group.

They actually operate Dealerships for various brands, Chrysler, Ford, Volkswagen, etc.

I wonder if they are looking at moving some Texas used vehicles up here and exporting newish trade ins/auctioned off buy backs down to Texas.

Here's an informative video that can help my Son replace the radiator on his 2007 GC. But guess what. It's in Spanish.

Anyway, we have it pretty much figured out as to what to do. Looks fairly straight forward.

Release 43 - Feb 26 2020
Dear Community Members and Moderators,
This week we have a few performance enhancements, a couple of bugs squashed and a new feature to announce.
Bugs Fixes & Performance Enhancement
This week we’ve made some enhancements to search performance, fixed an issue where searching less than three words sometimes returns no results and fixed the site logo when sharing to Facebook or Twitter.
Premium Membership has Arrived
We are excited to announce an updated version of our Premium Membership is now available. We’re introducing it as a way for members to give back to their communities -- as all proceeds go to re-investing in this platform -- and to improve their site experience. Our site is ad-supported, but many people don’t like to see ads. A Premium Membership is a way to improve their time on the site and give them exclusive access to some features. The site will continue to be supported by ads, so the site will continue to be free to use (with ads) for people who are not interested in the Premium Membership.
The price is $19.99 USD, billed annually. We currently only support the USD currency, however people can still purchase the membership wherever they are in the world. We support PayPal payments, along with Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. The features of Premium Membership are:
  1. A reduced ad site experience (banner ads are removed)
  2. Focused reading mode (the option to hide the right column)
  3. Access to exclusive forums
  4. An exclusive badge on profile avatars
Members can unsubscribe from these automatic payments at any time. Members who cancel will retain their Premium Membership until one year from the date of their sign up.
Members can find information about Premium Membership by clicking “Upgrade to Premium” in the right side widget or in the menu under their avatar. Members can also find purchase options in their Account Settings under Account Details or Account Upgrades.
=========================

It would be a good idea to get rid of those intrusive ads, but not for a fee. I don't see them anymore.

You don't see the right column while on mobile device, only if on desktop.

I'm not sure I would like an exclusive badge to let everyone know I'm paying while everybody else is here for free.

You don't see that "Upgrade to Premium" badge while in mobile, only on desktop.

I think they should do better screening for Premium Membership. A skull smoking a cigarette. Give me a break. I expect Walter and Bubba to be next, not to forget Achmed. Well, I guess, as long as you pay, who cares. :)

Better put some Fluid Film on that snow shovel Miron. This isn't sounding good.:
The big one’: Winter storm could break snowfall record for a single day in Toronto

WOW. Will be thinking of you.

Hint: Stock up on pancakes (made from scratch). You need to eat. :)

Well, I don't live in Toronto... my part of Mississauga is always 'protected' and we got the easiest portion of the storms passing GTA... it is still snowing but not so hard and the roads are still clear... overnight it might get worse though... but I don't need to shovel my driveway in order to exit my garage even if those 'smart' guys will build their snow wall... at my job they have a very good snow removal company and I will park underground... the ramps of the garages are heated ;) Last week one of the heaters did not work and people had an issue to exit the garage... luckily, I was parked in the other garage! Meanwhile, they fixed the heater and everything is just fine tonight!

Hey Miron. Are you outside building snow forts? :)

This one's for LEVY:
They shall call it ‘mini-moon’: Car-sized object found orbiting Earth

There could be ice on that thing LEVY. :)

Actually, when I reached my driveway in the afternoon it was incredibly easy to clean it as the wind blew away most of the snow... but it was pretty cold... minus 4 feeling like minus 12 degrees...
