stuff a deflated thick rubber ball behind it. Start inflating with a hand pump. When it starts to move, decrease pumping and go slow as the plastic will deflect back into shape. Then watch those easy YT vids on how to paint plastic bumpers so that it would be impossible to tell for damage.

Also, if it's cold outside, don't do the ball trick until that plastic bumper area is in a very warm area. Plastic likes to move in heat, not in the cold where it will crack. Got a heated or semi-heated garage? Or wait till summer?
