No power at turn signal fuse

Newbie here. 1994 Grand Caravan. My turn signals don't work and there is no power at the fuse. Fuse is good. 4 ways appear to work but only right side dash indicator flashes. I've heard a lot about body control module. Any suggestions?

Several things: First, check if your backup lights work. The same contact on your ignition switch feeds power to both the backup lights (fuse 20) and your directionals (fuse 19.) If you've lost both functions, you should check for power at terminal 5 of the ignition switch (switch turned on.) If power there, then the wire connecting the switch to the fuse block is damaged. If no power there, then check for power at terminal 4 of the ignition switch (either off or on.) Terminal 4 should always have power. If it does not, look for power at cavity 56 of power distribution box (near battery.) If you have power there but not at terminal 4, then the wiring between those points is faulty (possibly at the master bulkhead plug.) If your backup lights work, then you must have power at the fuse 19 for the directionals.

To check for power at a fuse, you need a test light or meter with one end clipped to a known good ground (maybe cigar lighter rim?) The other end of the test light needs to have a sharp point that you insert through the small holes in the fuses. The ignition must be 'on' when checking for power at the directional fuse 19. To see if your test light or meter is working properly, try testing for power a known "good" point. When checking for power at a fuse, always check separately for both ends of the fuse, while it is inserted. Please note that although the 4 way flashers and the directionals use the same bulbs and indicators, the power sources are different. 4-ways work when ignition is "off" or "on," while directionals only work with ignition "on."

As far as I know, the BCM is not much involved with the directional circuit and does not supply power to its fuse
