Haven't done anything strange lately like jump starting the car, replacing the battery, take apart your instrument panel??
I have had my IP apart before and your problem is either your IP is shot or you aren't getting voltage to the panel. There really isn't much you can do to repair the unit if it is broken that I am aware of, but you should be able to find out if you are getting power there with a multimeter.
Do any of your dummy lights work??? What happens when you turn your key to ON? are all of the gagues dead??
