Anyone deal with Chrysler rust warranty?

My '05 with 78K miles is starting to get bubbles on the hood and the front fender. The rust is coming from underneath the paint. Is this covered under the warranty (see below).

Rust or Corrosion Warranty: 5 year / 100,000 miles, This warranty covers the vehicle's sheet metal, and protects you from rust and corrosion that are severe enough to cause a hole - surface rust is not covered.

2001 Chrysler Voyager 3.3L Flex Fuel (220K miles and running strong)

I have had 50% success. They fixed my rear wheel wells which had visible rust (as seen from the outside of the vehicle). My warranty expired Dec 13 and I took it in to show them the hood and rear hatch and they would not fix that. Those two areas are rusting in the seams and it is visible when they are open but not when the hod/hatch are closed, so they would not fix it.

Lots of rust, leaking steering rack, bad rear AC condenser coil, rusted (and replaced) rear brake line. Looking forward to the next failure/defect that this Chrysler will bring into our lives.

A bubble is not covered, it has to have a hole.

There's an idea. I would maybe just poke at it with my finger until it crumbled out. It will eventually go.
