What Grade of Oil Do You Use?

I was inspired by this (http://forum.chryslerminivan.net/showthread.php?t=1557) thread. The poll is basically what it states above- what grade of oil do you use or would you recommend others use. I know this can change from season to season so please select the grade you use for most of the year and post to say at which time of the year you'd switch to another grade.

I use 10w30 year-round as my vehicles are used commercially and do a lot of miles/kilometers per day (I average 200 to 300 miles city driving per day)

If I was not using my vehicles commercially, I would switch to 5w30 during the cold winter months.

i use 5w50 synthetic in my vehicles - it costs nearly three times as much but the benefits outweigh the cost

Interestingly enough, a lot of farmers are using veggie oil in their diesel-powered trucks and equipment around here, at least during the warmer months. The most common is soybean oil. The diesel engines run great on this stuff and there's very little carbon build up OR smoky exhaust when running this stuff. The downside is that most veggie oils gel at warmer temps than does petrol-based diesel fuel...

I use 10w30 oil, since my Caravan is near the 200 000 mark. Thats just too much wear that 5W30 is too thin for.
    I used to us 5W30, uptill 150 000.
But that Mopar oil gets dark realllllllly quick, compared to other high end brands, such as Castrol.

Precisely the reason I use 10W-40. The 40 helps the rings seal better. I do wish Valvoline made MaxLife 5W-40 (my oil pump ain't as young as it used to be), but they don't so I'm stuck.

I use 10W-30. I live in California and occasionally drive though the Arizona desert at 70+ MPH, so I can justify not using the lighter 5w-30 weight supposedly recommended by the owners manual. I also have 140,000 miles on the engine, which is the original.

I'd like to use synthetic, but I'm afriad it'll leak past the seals. There's nothing wrong with the engine using this oil, so I don't want to ruin a good thing. There are no leaks or oil burning, and the oil stays pretty clean as long as you change it every 3000 miles.

In truth, I'm actually more concerned about maintaing the health of the cooling system, than I am about what weight oil I use.

Chrysler recomends 5W20 in the 2005 DGC. It's even stamped on the oil filler cap.
