Lock washer for a reverse thread nut?

I came across a reverse threaded nut on my radiator fan motor and it got me thinking.

OK people, its time for a serious discussion! None of this WWIII crap, no Republican vs: Democrat dung, no talk about whether mustard is a burn treatment or a condiment [ both really ], who cares if the toilet paper comes off the top or the bottom of the roll.
Is there such a thing as a reverse threaded lock washer?

No such thing exists, but maybe you can be the first to get a patent for one.

Reason being, washers do not have threads...

There are "left hand" or "counter clockwise" lock washers, they're usually special made / special order items.
If you have a kiln, you can easily modify a standard lock washer by annealing it, resetting the lock direction and hardening it again...
Or just use locktite or similar thread lock concoction. (paint or nail polish can do in a pinch, ymmv on "lock" and future removal success)
