I don't think they are supposed to charge you the deductible again if the first repair didn't solve the original problem.

Air bag light usually indicates the clock spring needs replaced, it's the ribbon connector from the steering column to the dash, that runs the ignition, signal lights, cruise and such.

If your Airbag light is coming on as you turn the steering wheel or the horn/cruise control/radio are giving you problems at the same time then I would automatically suspect the clockspring. If none of that is happening your airbag light could be caused by a sensor/bag/monitor. A specialised scanner can determine what's up.

Horn and cruise work fine. I have noticed however that the light on the dash for passenger airbag off is no longer lighting up when the seat is empty so I suspect a fault in the seat circuit.

Since it's a "PITA" to do the back plugs, you may wish to do them ALL, including wires. Get the 9mm "Spiral Wound" wires, and a new set of Champions (from the local parts store).

Did all plugs and wires. Dealer did ignition coil. Starts hard and CEL is on again. It is staying at the dealer now until it is fixed. This is their fourth attempt. I suspect possible injector issue or cam position sensor but I did not pull codes to check. My reader/tuner is for Ford trucks.

They worked on it today and found nothing. Well nothing new anyway. They pulled plug one and it was wet just like I told them. They stuck it in cylinder 6 and the misfire moved so they replaced the plug again and cleared the codes. I bet the codes will come back when we drive it home (like they always do). The also had a multiple misfire code stored but not active? I suspect cam position sensor myself and I told them that. They said if the code comes back they will dig deeper. They were supposed to dig deeper today! I am going to find another dealer. Unfortunately most of the local ones were closed.
Anyone else think it could be cam position sensor?

Well, before replacing everything, I would suggest just swapping the two wires that are about the same size and see if it follows the wire, if not, likely the plug. But if you had it done under warranty and their fix did not fix it, they should not charge you another deductible. Call an arbitrator if necessary, but even the wires and plugs I believe they are under the emissions warranty until a certain point.

All wires and plugs were already replaced.
We picked it up and less than 2 miles down the road the light came back on. We turned around and gave it back to them. I told them keep it until it is fixed or replaced. Looking at the receipt it appears that compression in cylinder one is lower than the rest but still within spec. I suspect a burnt valve or cam position sensor. This started at less than 36K miles and now we only have 42K. This is far too low mileage for this type of problem. The airbag light was the underhood sensor not the clockspring.
My F150 has 140K and has not had any engine troubles at all. I doubt we will be getting another Dodge.

AZ you have mentioned the 9mm wires before, but all I was able to find is 7mm (like the OEM wires) for a gen4. Can you point me in the direction of 9mm wires for a gen4?
