How do I replace the turn signal indicator bulb on my 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE 3.0 V6? Specifically, how do I get to the bulb to replace it? Do I have to remove the dash?

Thanks.

though be careful removing the A-pillars. I have known many people who simply yanked on them rather than using a bit of finesse. Then they had to find what kind of glue works on the plastic to piece them back together.
