Just as the title says, I'm going to have to buy a set of winter tyres anyway
and I've found a set on Honda odyssey rims for a good price but They're only a good price if the rims will fit.

So will they??

Hmmm, interesting, the older Oddys do seem to use the same 5-114mm bolt pattern as the Chrysler siblings, thanks for the correction. It does seem that they use a slightly different offset however, and that leaves me wondering if there would be clearance for the brake calipers.

Rico, is it possible for you to try the rims on your van before you buy them? If it is, make sure you try a rim on both ends of the car before you buy them. There are two issues here, brake caliper clearance and wheel centering on the hub. You might find that the wheel clears the caliper only to run into a hub size mismatch.

Should work. GM's and Dodge's 5x115mm pattern also works, but the GM wheels will have a slightly too small centerbore and need to be opened up a little. They also may not fit over the front calipers without the brake calipers hitting the inside of the spokes, so may need spacers for clearance and offset correction.

When I try to cross-fit, I go to www.wheel-size.com and check there. They have a database second-to-none where you can check by rim, by year/make/model, by tire size, anything.

Back in 2017, my '98 GV had 14-inch rims & tires...you see the dilemma there: nobody makes 14-inch passenger vehicle tires anymore and the NOS inventory seems about depleted, so I decided to go 15-inch tires. I went to the site, researched the rim: 5x100 (rare for the minivan), had a 57.1mm center hole and 38-42mm offset range. So I entered the data into their rim section for a 15-inch tire...the ideal hit was the 2004 Dodge Stratus 2.4i vehicle, which has 15-inch tires, 5x100 bolt pattern, 57.1mm center hole...and an offset only 2mm different.

I instantly went to the junkyard, finding several Stratuses there...including several 2.4-litre candidates. I found one with good 15-inch tires, threw 'em in the wheelbarrow, went up front, paid $100 for the whole sha-bang and mounted 'em. Eventually, I found the correct-diameter tire to correct the slight speedo discrepancy...bought & mounted 4 new tires, thanks to my first stimulus check.
