  1. 1994 Voyager Transmission failure

So I just got the call no one wants to get - transmission is fried. Total rebuild. Shop can't quote me yet, but I'd like to know what's a reasonable ballpark to expect for this fix? I've got an independent repair friend who might be able to pull it off on the cheap, but I trust the techs at this...

  2. O2 Sensors

Need to replace o2 sensors, but I am getting different info on sensors. I replaced the upstream. But I need to replace the downstream as well. From what I am seeing, it may be the same sensor. The auto part store doesn't have a listing for the downstream, but they are showing I need 4. 2 upstream...

  3. No power at turn signal fuse

Newbie here. 1994 Grand Caravan. My turn signals don't work and there is no power at the fuse. Fuse is good. 4 ways appear to work but only right side dash indicator flashes. I've heard a lot about body control module. Any suggestions?

  4. No gauges, no dome light, apparently not BCM

This one has me about to go nuts. 1993 Caravan 2.5 5 speed manual trans. 268K miles, up until now it just always works. Now it starts and runs fine, but no check engine light during startup and speedo, odometer, temp gauges don't work. Domelights don't work except manually on the lights, but...

  6. sliding side door falls off track

We just bought a 94 T&C. The side door falls off the track when you open the door all the way. It is not a power door, all manual. Is there a door stop in one of the tracks? If so, where? Is it adjustable? prone to breakage? The door doesn't fall off or anything, just a pain to get jimmied back in...

  7. Wahuuuuu, were's body controller module?

Hello, hot day today. Trying to get the windshield wiper delay fixed has done something to the dash gauges and overhead console. Getting "check gauges" warning light on dash with no operation of gauges when engine running. Overhead console doing blank lines and sending up CCD in test. This...

  8. Remove Wire Connector Cap on PCM, TCM, etc.

Never seen this addressed on the forum. Any trick (way) to remove the wire connector cap (connectors with bolt going through them) -- so it can be reused -- that covers the wires going to the PCM, TCM, etc. ?

  9. Fuel rail leak 93 T&C 3.3

The rail is leaking at the front left connection of the "U" tube to the injector pipe. :ask_wsign Is this a mater of replacing the rail and gaskets/O rings? Is there anything else I should consider while doing this project. An cautions or traps? Where's the best place for parts. Do I need a...

  10. Highway drive probs

I have a 1992 grand caravan 3.3 drives well on city streets but after about 40 to 50 miles on highway it will shift out of overdrive (4th gear) and rwv to about 3000 rpms. If I back it down then it will shift to overdrive but if i step on accelerator a little it revs back up. Eventually doing...

  11. Difficulty bleeding front brakes

Hey guys, you may recall a month or so ago I posted on here about the dragging and overheating front brakes on my mom's '94 PGV. They would self apply to the point of drastically slowing the vehicle after about 10 minutes of driving. Well, I'm starting with replacing both front flex hoses as...

Hi, I have multiple early 90's Dodge Caravans equipped with the 2.5 L, 4 cylinder engine coupled with the 5 speed manual transmission...I am having continual issue with head gaskets failing somewhat premature...
