  1. Fuel rail leak 93 T&C 3.3

The rail is leaking at the front left connection of the "U" tube to the injector pipe. :ask_wsign Is this a mater of replacing the rail and gaskets/O rings? Is there anything else I should consider while doing this project. An cautions or traps? Where's the best place for parts. Do I need a...

  4. wadiator woes ie: radiator woes

Well technically not the radiator but the radiator fan. Subbed for our paper-delivery person beginning of March when it was still a bit cold in the Buffalo area. At about the 3/4 mark the van started to get warm and the temperature gauge started rising so I drove around the block and turned the...

  5. How to stop (hopefully false) random overheating condition?

This is in regard to a 1995 Caravan with a 2.5L 4-cylinder engine. I have done a lot of work on this van recently (discussed in another thread) and now it is running great, and no leaks anywhere that I can see. However, one problem has apparently continued, which is that approximately once...

  6. AC not so cold

People, I charged up my 1995 voyager (from recent thread) and high side is about 170-180 psi, low side starts at 30 and climbs to 75 psi before cutting out. Isnt 75 high for low side psi? Air is cool but not cold. Also comp has some rattling going on. Clutch spins easily when all is shut off...

  7. Ever remove dashboard to replace an evaporator?

People, 1995 grand voyager, I suspect the evap is bad, so planning to yank the dash and put in new. I did it before on a 1999. Worst fear is the clockspring and the airbag. Should I be worried if I take care to unscrew carefully the screws and pry away the steering column gently? Thanks

  8. Water Pump--Broken Bolts

My water pump recently had a catastrophic failure. There was no warning that I'm aware of. My daughter had borrowd the car because her's was in an accident. She left our house, drove no more than a mile to go home, heard a terrible noise, turned around and came back. It sounded like somebody...

  9. 1995 Caravan 2.5L, has a misfire, poor performance after doing work on it.

This is a 1995 Caravan, 4-cylinder 2.5 L. I have spent the past several months doing work on this van, when I had time available. The reason for doing all of this work was because it had unknown maintenance history, and I was having an issue with very difficult starting after sitting several...
